  • Increase community awareness of and access to Suicide Prevention and Mental Wellness Resources.

We are currently looking for partners who will support this effort in the following ways.

We provide PHP and IOP levels of care for mental health, this is when you need more the weekly therapy, and less then inpatient treatment. We are the in-between level of care. We help children as young as 5 years old through adulthood with mental health support.

Our organization is prevention based and our staff are trained as positive adult mentor/coaches. Our engagement is focused on that positive adult connection, safe space programming, and pro-social events and activities. The circumstance where individuals should reach out for help from LITE is when a person a youth may be feeling alone or doesn't feel connected to a peer group or a parent or caregiver is concerned about isolating behaviors. LITE works with 16 - 24 year olds and we conduct assessments as well as have a behavioral specialist consultant. If a circumstance is noted by our staff we will support engagement with appropriate services.

The Living Room is a safe place where you can talk with a peer if you are experiencing life’s emotional stresses. The trained peer recovery support specialists use their personal experience to help you find and maintain your recovery. Services are free of charge.

Mental Health Services including Integrated Assessment & Treatment Planning, Therapy, Case Management, Telehealth, and Non-traditional Services.

Youth ages 13-22 can reach out if they're interested in talk therapy, we can connect them to a partnering therapist and pay up to 12 sessions. or if interested in Community based programming and/or High school programming at Proviso East and PMSA.
